1. Purpose and acceptance

These terms and conditions govern the use of the MyExpertServices website and the contracting of the services offered. Use of the site constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. Services

MyExpertServices offers executive and digital outsourcing services (including myLeanTeam, myCFO, myCDO and myCTO). The specific description, scope and commercial terms of each service will be set out in the contract or commercial proposal signed with the client.

3. Client obligations

The client agrees to provide the information and means necessary for the proper provision of the service, to make agreed payments within the established deadlines, and to use deliverables and information received in accordance with the law and the agreement signed.

4. Intellectual property and confidentiality

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, materials, methodologies and tools owned by MyExpertServices remain its property. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information exchanged in the course of the business relationship.

5. Limitation of liability

MyExpertServices provides its services with due diligence. It shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages except where required by law. Liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the service in question during the period in which the breach occurred.

6. Modifications and governing law

MyExpertServices reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will be effective upon publication on this page. Spanish law shall apply to the interpretation and performance of these terms and conditions, and the parties submit to the relevant courts.
