myOutreach

Land.Convince.Close.

B2B mass emailing that lands, gets read and gets replies.

myOutreach builds and runs your cold email engine: dedicated domains and mailboxes, authentication and warm-up, 3-5 step sequences with copy that converts, and measurement all the way to the booked meeting. You only handle the replies.

From "we send emails and nobody answers" to an outbound channel measured in meetings. Sending at scale is not the problem. Sending without a method is.

Cold email works. Badly done cold email does not.

Your prospect receives over a hundred emails a day and their server discards some before they ever see them. If your domain is not authenticated, your list bounces and you only send one email, you compete at a disadvantage from the first second.

121

emails a day is what the average office worker receives. Your subject line competes with all of them.

Main platform: Apollo.io · Domain and mailbox infrastructure independent from your corporate email

How we get your email into the inbox

Since February 2024, Gmail and Yahoo require bulk senders to have full authentication, one-click unsubscribe and a complaint rate below 0.3%. We apply that standard, and more, at any volume.

Dedicated domains and mailboxes

We create domains parallel to your brand and several mailboxes per domain. If anything degrades, it is isolated and replaced without touching your company email.

Full authenticationmandatory

SPF, DKIM and DMARC published and aligned with the sender, plus PTR records and TLS. It is the minimum condition for Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo to treat you as legitimate.

Progressive warm-up

Each mailbox starts with a few sends a day and ramps up over 3-4 weeks to cruising volume. Without warm-up, a new domain burns out in days.

List validated before sending

We verify every address and drop the doubtful ones to keep bounces below 2%. A high bounce rate sinks the reputation of every mailbox at once.

Copy that passes the filters

Plain text, no attachments or images, a single link, no filter-triggering words and one-click unsubscribe. What looks like a person-to-person email gets delivered as one.

Continuous monitoring and adjustmentevery week

We track bounces, complaints, opens and replies per mailbox with Google Postmaster Tools and the sending platform. If an indicator drifts, we pause and fix it before it affects the campaign.

Same emails, different outcome

Public industry references for a cold email campaign without a method versus one run professionally. These are indicative ranges: the actual result depends on your offer, your segment and your list.

From the first meeting to the first replies within a month

Setup in 1-2 weeks and continuous execution. Each phase has a concrete deliverable and an indicator that decides whether we scale.

Ideal customer and offerweek 1

Who buys, why, and with which message. We define segments, a value proposition per segment and measurable goals: positive replies and meetings.

Infrastructure and warm-upweeks 1-2

Domains and mailboxes set up, authentication, tooling and warm-up started. In parallel, the first list is built and validated.

Sequences and copyweek 2

We write the 3-5 step sequence per segment and its A/B variants. You approve them before the first one goes out.

Staged launchweeks 3-4

We start at contained volume, measure deliverability and replies, and scale only when the indicators allow it.

Operation and continuous improvementmonth 2 onwards

New lists every month, copy iteration driven by data, opt-out and exclusion management, and a monthly report with the pipeline attributed to the channel.

What you receive every month

Monthly fee based on contact volume and number of sequences, with initial setup in 1-2 weeks. Every month you get the real numbers of the channel; you decide with them.

  • Active sequences per segment, with their A/B variants and results
  • Documented contact lists: source, criteria and exclusions applied
  • Operated infrastructure: domains, mailboxes, authentication and warm-up
  • Classified reply inbox: interested, not now, not interested, unsubscribe
  • Monthly report: sent, delivered, replies, positive replies and meetings
  • Recommendations and next iteration based on real data

Compliance by design

We only work with professional addresses of legal entities and document the legitimate interest behind every campaign. Every email identifies the sender and includes one-click unsubscribe; opt-outs are processed immediately and feed the global exclusion list.

Sole traders and personal addresses are excluded unless consent is given. This is not legal advice: if your case has particularities, we review it with you before sending.

Put numbers to your email channel

Three ways to know how much is at stake, with no commitment.

What we get asked before starting

Is it legal to send cold emails to companies in Spain?

Yes, under conditions. The LSSI (art. 21) bans unsolicited email advertising, but the LOPDGDD (art. 19) allows processing professional contact data of legal entities under legitimate interest, always with sender identification, a working opt-out and immediate exclusion. We work with those safeguards and leave out sole traders and personal addresses unless consent is given. This is not legal advice: if your case is particular, we review it with you.

Do you use my corporate domain?

No. We send from parallel domains and dedicated mailboxes that we create and warm up for you. Your main domain and your team's email take on no reputation risk.

How long does it take to start?

Setup takes 1-2 weeks (domains, authentication, lists and sequences). Mailbox warm-up needs 3-4 weeks, so the first full-volume campaigns arrive in the second month. The first replies usually come earlier.

What volume can we send?

From hundreds to several thousand emails a day, spread across dozens of mailboxes so none exceeds safe limits. Volume is sized to your list and to your capacity to handle replies: there is no point generating meetings nobody can attend.

Which tools do you use?

Apollo.io as the main platform for sequences, data and reporting; Google Postmaster Tools and validation tools for deliverability; and sync with your CRM or pipeline sheet so replies end up where your team works.

How do you measure success?

Not by opens, which are unreliable today because of Apple Mail Privacy Protection. We measure delivered, replies, positive replies and meetings booked per 1,000 emails, and the pipeline that comes out of them.

Your message deserves to land. And to be answered.

Tell us who you want to reach and we will tell you, with numbers, how many meetings your email can generate and what it takes for them to land.
