myCTO is your outsourced technology director. It does three things: builds your website, audits your technology to see what can be improved, and optimizes your equipment and infrastructure so you pay less every year. Around that it covers what a mid-sized company usually leaves without an owner: cybersecurity and backups, user support, licenses, contracts and vendors, cloud and digital obligations. A fractional CTO dedicates to your company the hours it needs, without the cost of a full-time executive.
It starts with a free 30-45 minute session with an expert, after which you receive a report with 3-5 actionable improvements. If you go ahead, we do the full inventory: systems, licenses and subscriptions, servers and cloud, telecoms, equipment and its renewal, maintenance contracts, security and backups, and the processes they support. The deliverable is a report with what is redundant, what is missing and what needs to change, prioritized by impact and cost, with a roadmap and the target savings.
Line by line. We usually find licenses for people who have left, plans above what is used, oversized cloud, telecom and maintenance contracts renewed without negotiation, duplicate subscriptions and equipment bought when leasing would have been cheaper. Each one is reduced, renegotiated or replaced without losing capacity, and the savings are measured on the real annual bill, not on an estimate. Yes: corporate websites, online stores, customer portals and landing pages. Design, development, technical SEO, performance and integration with your ERP or CRM so that orders, leads or invoices are not copied by hand. The code, the domain, the hosting and the accounts are always in your name: if one day you want to change provider, you take everything with you. We offer monthly maintenance and evolution, but it is not mandatory.

The initial audit is free. After that you can hire fixed-price closed projects (a website, a migration, an equipment renewal) or a monthly fractional CTO fee that includes leadership, support and follow-up. No never-ending projects: quick wins first, then whatever needs renewing. The result is measured with indicators agreed from the start: euros saved on the annual technology bill, incidents and response times, website performance and conversion, and verified backups and security.
