Frequently asked questions about myCDO

Everything companies usually ask us before hiring myCDO: what Data, Digital and Developer means, how to outsource technical profiles, how they integrate into your team, what setting up the entire digital department includes and how it differs from myCTO.

Your questions, answered

Eight straight answers about what myCDO does, how we work and what to expect. If your question is not here, write to us and we will answer with no obligation.

myCDO is your outsourced digital department. We organize it in three kinds of profile: Data (data engineers, analysts and data architects), Digital (Product Owners, Scrum Masters, UX/UI designers and functional analysts) and Developer (developers, QAs, DevOps and software architects). You can hire a single profile, a full team, or have us set up and run your entire digital department, fractional leadership included. Websites, infrastructure and technology audits belong to myCTO.

Yes, and it is the most common case. You tell us which profile you need, with which technology and for how long, and within a few weeks you have a senior person working embedded in your team, with your tools and your meetings. We cover back-end, front-end and full-stack developers, manual and automated QA, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, data engineers, data analysts, software and data architects, UX/UI designers and DevOps. You can scale up or down as your needs change, with no recruitment process and no fixed headcount.

That you do not need an in-house digital department to work as if you had one. myCDO brings the leadership (a fractional CDO who sets priorities, budget and profiles), the team (whichever profiles are needed at each moment), the method (agile work with deliveries in short cycles and quality control), the tools (repositories, environments, tickets, monitoring) and support for everything we build. It starts with a diagnosis and a plan in the first two weeks and, from the second month, there are visible deliveries. You set the goals and the annual budget; we execute and report back to you.

As if they were on your payroll, without being on it. They work with your tools, in your meetings and on your schedule, remotely or on site depending on the case. If you hire a single profile, your manager leads them and we do a monthly follow-up on quality and fit. If you hire a full team or the entire department, we also provide the leadership (a Scrum Master or Product Owner in the squad, a fractional CDO for the department) and a single point of contact who answers for the deliveries.

myCDO is people: outsourced developers, data engineers, QAs, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and architects, or the entire digital department set up and run by us. myCTO is infrastructure and technical leadership: website development, technology audit, equipment, cloud, security, support and vendors, with the goal of paying less every year. They are hired separately and combine well: myCTO puts the foundation in order and myCDO provides the people who build on top of it. Discover myCTO →

On top of what you already have, not against it. We connect your ERP (Odoo, for example), your CRM, your website and the spreadsheets that today live scattered, define which data is the good data and where it lives, and build the dashboards the business needs, updated automatically. We set up basic data governance: who can access what, how quality is maintained and how data protection is met. It is the foundation on which myCFO financial reporting and myIA AI use cases then work well.

That is what myIA is for, our product specialized in AI implementation: it identifies your use cases, prioritizes them by return and implements them with training and real adoption by the team. myCDO and myIA complement each other: myCDO provides the data and the tech team AI works well on, and myIA brings AI into your day-to-day, case by case. With a monthly fee per profile, per team or per department, agreed in advance, that you can scale up or down as your needs change. Closed projects (an integration, a dashboard, an internal app) are quoted separately at a fixed price. We always start with a diagnosis and a prioritized plan; then we work in short cycles with visible deliveries. Success is measured with indicators agreed from the start: delivery times, hours saved, errors avoided, real adoption by the team and cost versus an equivalent hire.
